The Foundation helps the community serve others, allowing for tax exempt status to encourage more giving. This same status allows for the Foundation to request funds from corporation and other grant making organizations. The Foundation is the fund raising and fund spending arm of the Kiwanis Club of  Tri-Cities Industry. Board Members of the Foundation must be members in good standing with the Kiwanis Club of Tri-Cities Industry.
